    springtails

As stated in a prior posting CMC obtained a proposal in the amount of approximately $8,700 to perform an extermination program over a three month period.

We contacted Madison Home , which now owns all of the undeveloped lots and controls the Board of Directors, and inquired as to their willingness to pay for the program in  view of the fact that the Association does not have the financial capability. We were informed this afternoon that Madison will not pay and does not feel that the firm has any responsibility.

    Hello Bruce,

I'm in Lot 19, and these bugs are really starting to get out of control!  I understand that apparently the HOA does not have the financial capability.  Is there a way you can post the most recent financial records (books) for our HOA?

Also, for the existing lots that are currently built, I would think that Madison would not have to pay to spray around those lots.  For the undeveloped lots, obviously, this problem was there before Madison acquired the land.  Shouldn't this be a joint venture between NVR and the HOA to share the burden?

Agree! It sounds like our HOA management doesn't have the capability to handle this request because Madison doesn't care about us since we are the LOST group? We definitely need NV Homes to be involved in this issue in a timely manner. Shall we file a civil complaint against CMS+NV+Madison?
